Log Message:
added 2 new workflows that are basically the same (use secondary parameters) except that one uses the new parser and the other doesnt. the one that uses the new parser may not work until users update to the most recent version of the plugin. The one without the parser should work with taverna rc1 obtained from the taverna cvs.
