Log Message:
cache location is now a temporary directory and not the path to /dataTypes/
no longer are all files in the dataTypes directory read, instead __L__I__S__T__ is read and parsed for names
new sub 'registry' gets/sets the registry that we are caching (defaults to mobycentral)
