Added login functionality for things in the /admin directory.

NOTE: In order to use this, you'll need to add a 'smoby_admin' user to the tomcat-users.xml file in your tomcat/conf directory, and a role 'smoby_admin'.  You can choose the password.

There's now a logout link in the footer, as well.
