TOTAL re-vamp of the CommonSubs code.  New paradigm for building Perl services using a more OO approach.  Still don't have objects to represent MOBY objects, but there are objects to represent Simple, Collection, and Secondary articles.  Hello from the TIGR MOBY workshop\!
