Log Message:
the object and service and namespace databases are completely separate from the mobycentral database, though I need to have them in order to test the code, so there are three additional areas in the schema now, each with two tables representing the service ontology, the namespace ontology, and the object ontology.  In practice, these may or may not exist, since the object, service, and namespace are all URI's which may or may not point to a local definition
