So just to be clear, right now there aren't any services registered that use
those datatypes. I was just throwing out an assumption.

Yes, I did... and I still believe it! The "exception" is with the
IRRI/GCP objects, but they have willingly accepted the limitations to
interoperability that this decision creates.

Without even LOOKING at the service, I bet my first-born that Eddie is
right... The confusion of object and namespace is quite common,
unfortunately :-(
