[MOBY-dev] Minor changes in JMoby

I didnt encounter any problems with the "new" properties... as I said - 
it was mainly a renaming process.

I tested it on my tomcat and jboss on my local machine and also on a 
tomcat and jboss and a remote machine - and it worked.
