[MOBY-dev] Dead services and how to figure them out

Hi all,

Andreas maybe try a reload.
For me it works for all auths.

In my Tool I use the adress with param: http://moby.ucalgary.ca/moby/ValidateService?getDeadServices

Maybe it is possible to extend the testing of the VaildateService function.
