No they don't. There is a template in the library somewhere, but as far as I
know, it isn't used at all.

Dimitry mentions an XSL template to transform a Moby message...  
Sounds to me like the alternative libs to parse large pieces of XML.  
As far as I know the older/original/default BioMoby Perl libs don't  
use XSLs to transform XML or do they?
