Hi all,

Just letting you know that I have re-formatted the manuscript  
appropriately and submitted it to Briefings in Bioinformatics.  It would  
actually be nice "bookends" for the project if it were to be published  
there, since they published the "vapourware" paper back in 2002 :-)
