[MOBY-dev] URGENT! affiliations required

Hi all,

PLoS ONE has requested that we add all affiliations for all members of the  
consortium, despite them not being explicitly listed as authors.  Please,  
to save me having to look-up and type this all myself, could everyone  
please do the following for everyone that is on the author list of the  
paper:  in the following format:

Surname, Initial, institution, address, email.

Please send me the info for every author in your "domain".
