You can SPARQL the RDF representation of the registry at:

http://biomoby.org/RESOURCES/MOBY-S/ServiceInstances

Let me know how it goes!  In fact, you *should* be able to use Feta to query the same document :-). (That's certainly what we were planning to do very soon!)

Not that I'm aware of.  There are a few SPARQL engines around (for Perl 
and Java), but none of them seems complete yet.  Like everything in the 
MOBY-S community, if you build it, we will come :-)
