That seems to work ok. Axis says there is a service in that url but it 
doesnt give suggestion about invocation. I think the error must be a 
class problem, but i think i have every necessary jar both in the 
CLASSPATH and in the axis/WEB-INF/lib directory... and as there is 
nothing in the logs, i dont know what to think...

ah! and i have the same service in my local machine, with tomcat and 
axis as well, and it works fine. the only difference is the tomcat 
version, but i dont think there is a big difference between tomcat 5.0.x 
and tomcat 5.5.x
