Oh, I'm so sorry, I missed that CVS update... OK, it's rather new
(8 weeks) but I should have checked before writing to the list :-|

I've just looked at the code and the only line in MOBY::Client::Service
that uses it is commented-out...?? I don't think that namespace URI is
used at all in the Perl MOBY code anymore.
If you do find it somewhere please let me know.
