Eddie, I have the strong feeling that the agent accesses some sort of 
cache/web proxy - at least when I call it. I turned to play around with 
single service RDF files and now I get the message 
"No services in the registry match the given URL and the signatureURL didn't 
contain any services. The RDF agent was called, but found nothing useful."
for a file which does contain a service description now (but did not ~ 15 
minutes ago).
