   jMoby (at least the part that generate Moses-based service
skeletons) has done it. It is also documented in the javadoc (see, for
example: http://biomoby.open-bio.org/CVS_CONTENT/moby-live/Java/docs/API/org/biomoby/shared/parser/ServiceException.html.
