Which reminds me: in Perl MOBY/Commonsubs.pm also still generates  
<serviceNotes>...</serviceNotes>. So basically all the services that  
use the Perl API are incompatible as well :(. Does Anyone have  
objections if I change that to <serviceNotes><Notes>...</Notes></ 
serviceNotes>?
