[MOBY-dev] Agent does not change Registry

Hi Eddie,

it is still the same service which I'm playing around with: getTmhmmPrediction
with the URL http://mips.gsf.de/proj/planet/moby/RDF/getTmhmmPrediction.rdf.
I changed the contact email, called the agent but could not see it in the
registry (I used dashboard as browser and did reload before I checked...).

Currently this RDF and registry are in sync, because I had totally un-registered
it and the re-submitted the rdf, so there is not much to see now...
Unfortunately I'm already out of office, so I can't do anything about it now.

Nice Weekend,
dirk

Hi Dirk,

Changes that are found should be reflected in the registry if there are updates.
Can you pass along the url that isn't working for you so I can try it?

As for LSIDs, don't worry too much about them right now. The agent now should
not be worrying about LSIDs. The registry is the only one that should be
updating the LSID and now the agent takes that into account. I know that I said
that LSIDs were important a few messages back, but now I retract those comments!

Give it a try again and then let me know what happens. If the agent fails to
update your services please just send me the URL and I will try to see what is
happening.

Thanks,

Eddie
