I think you are both right :-)

So long as it isn't absolutely critical that the two are in sync 100% of the time, then we'll just ignore the race condition.  We can tighten this later if necessary.

Hi Martin,

I don't think you understand what Mark is trying to say. Imagine the following
scenario:
	1. Service provider registers a service gets an RDF document back.
	2. Service provider updates RDF and waits for agent to check his
document
	3. In the meantime, someone queries mobycentral for his service and gets
some information back, while someone queries the LSID resolver and gets other
information.
	
The 2 pieces of information are out of synch.

Did I understand you correctly Mark?
