[MOBY-dev] jMoby: deploymnt added to Moses

I have added the last remaining piece to the Moses mosaic: the deployment
of services. The new document describing it is:

Recently, I also fixed some bugs in Moses (and in jMoby Ant generally),
mostly solving incompatibility on Windows platform. As far as I am aware,
things now work on Windows as well.
