Perhaps move it into moby-live/Docs/MOBY-S_API where the other documents
are.  It's important to have them all in one place.

That folder currently doesn't have an index.html file - only an
index_API.html.  If your document is API related, then you should add a
link to it in the index_API.html file.  If it isn't, then perhaps make
an index.html file with appropriate links to both your document and to
the index_API.html file.  I'll change the links on the website to make
it accessible.
