Mark,

Under "For developers", the link to the "latest Perl API" docs doesn't 
work, because:

You don't have permission to access 
/CVS_CONTENT/moby-live/Docs/MOBY-S_API/index_API.html on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an 
ErrorDocument to handle the request.


Also, it struck me that the links to the tutorials are not the same as 
what's in CVS. I felt like it was important to have all documentation under 
CVS control, so I put them in cvs/moby-live/Docs/MOBY-S_API/Perl. The other 
documentation is in the parent directory (omit the "Perl" above).
