Would there be any thought about reviewing/enriching the data and service
type ontologies, and/or considering the merits of S-MOBY to MOBY-S merger
(at the level of the data/service type representation)? I know... Radical...
But hey, I'm willing to explore the lay of the land.
One issue I *know* might come up is the one I previously mentioned:
development of a MOBY Central local to our crop community (in this case, the
Generation Challenge Program). We can probably debate the relative merits
of this when you both come.

No, I do not have yet precise plan what to work on when there.
Obviously, very important will be to work on their particular problems - but
that would not need any new code in the current BioMoby I guess. But if time
allows I would like to work on one the following issues:
* LSID metadata server for moby registry (as we discussed in CSHL), or
* More Java support for service providers (in the similar - or less
similar, I do not know yet - direction where Paul started it)
Would you have any preferences for *me* to work on, perhaps?
Btw, when are you coming to Manila?
Martin
