[MOBY-dev] quick (but important) poll on pervasiveness

As soon as we (resp. Viji) find out how to set up a service in java we
will implement a bunch of them (retrieving Elements, contig and clones
and sequences for maize)
they are already implemented as web services but not moby-able by now.
Should be done until mid of February.
