[MOBY-dev] For those who wanted tomcat on MOBY Central

Hi all, 

I've had a few requests for a Tomcat installation on MOBY Central to
deploy a variety of things there.  Can I just check with those who have
requested this whether you need Tomcat to be running through apache, or
simply using its standalone server?
