[MOBY-dev] cannot de-register service type

Mark,
   My tests stopped to work. This is the message I have got when trying to 
deregister a service type (the exact XML input sent to Moby Central is 
included):

bagheera:~/moby-live/Java> java MobyCmdLineClient -ut
