Thanks to Ken's code I now have things working using everything locally -
I still havent tracked down why his scripts work and mine dont but beggars
cant be choosers!

Ken - I got everything running on another machine using the latest
moby-live and Mark's new versions of MOBY::Client::Central. I will send
the updated scripts to you tomorrow when Im on a better mail client.

Mark - I like the changes to used named arguments rather than lists, it
makes it far clearer. The perldoc for registerService could use a real
example to explain the input and output parameter formats, its not too
obvious from the args definition. The perldoc for retrieveService has a
typo in there, the Usage line has locateService instead of retrieveService
and its still using the list of parameters, not the named arguments (took
me a while to figure out why following the usage example wasnt working! ;)

Time to work on some services that actually do something... :)
