[GSoC] 8th coding week

Hello everybody!

I just wrote my blog entry for this week. When I checked my original
timeline, I recognized that I forgot to include July! I am sorry for that!
But I gained a lot of time ;)

So back to the project: The most important thing for now is to reduce the
memory consumption of the program in a way such that it will be possible to
run the program on standard computers. I started doing this in the last
week (http://biohaskell.org/GSoC_blog/Weeks_6and7) and I will continue with
it during this week (http://biohaskell.org/GSoC_blog/Weeks_8and9).
