[GSoC] Proposal

To ALL STUDENTS which have access to their proposal.
Most proposal/project are composed and interact with multiple (internal/external) components, so that proposals' description can be quite complicate to read.
Because all the mentors are going to review all the proposals I STRONGLY suggest to add one or multiple flow charts/schemas. Where possible put time line references. You must convince us that we need your project and product.
Another extremely important thing is to demonstrate right now your ability to the active about your proposal, do you have software to develop or improve ? Perform and provide benchmarks. Provide proof that the state of the art is not optimal or clearly demonstrate pitfalls.

This is challenging, GSoC is challenging.
