[GSoC] reminder: final evaluations due Friday

Same here - it has saddened me frankly that the community building  
aspect of GSoC involvement (which in my view is the real motivator  
that makes putting in the mentoring and admin time all worth it in the  
end) has turned into a giant missed opportunity for us this year.
