[EMBOSS] Help with Profit

Hello,

Please I would like to know how to obtain an output file in profit which also contains the sequences not only the identifier.

I saw the manual (http://emboss.sourceforge.net/apps/release/6.6/emboss/apps/profit.html) and it looks like "-squick2" would fit, but I have no idea how to run this command.

Please, how should I proceed?
