[EMBOSS] HELP! fdnapars fails with undefined symbol error - ajSeqdbInit

There is a:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/maverick/libnucleus6

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get libnucleus6

should do all necessary.
