[EMBOSS] question with Dan

Hello everyone,

I want to calculate the melting temperature (Tm) of RNA-DNA hybrid using
EMBOSS dan. Dose the qualifier '-rna yes' means calculating RNA-DNA hybrid
instead of RNA-RNA?
