[EMBOSS] FASTQ format documentation

Hi all,

I was just trying to double check the names EMBOSS 6.1.0 supports
for the various FASTQ file formats, and none of them are listed here:
http://emboss.sourceforge.net/docs/themes/SequenceFormats.html

Does this need updating, or should I be looking elsewhere?
