[EMBOSS] Diversity / p-distance

Hi,

Is there an EMBOSS tool that that can calculate p-distance as defined in http://evolgen.biol.metro-u.ac.jp/MEGA/manual/Distance.html?

I can probably code something to do it but I thought I would ask first.:-)
