[EMBOSS] problems installing emboss

You have to install 'aclocal-1.10'.

Why don't you tell us which operating system are you using? Win or Linux?
In the latter case, it is possible that there is already a binary
package available for your distribution, so you will be able to
install emboss without compiling.
