I need more testing before I commit to CVS. Probably some time tomorrow. I have 
to complete fixing the dottup bug (dottup is fixed, I need to check the other 
dotplot applications) and make sure everything passes QA tests first.


If you send me a protein sequence I can check what the modified antigenic produces.
