[EMBOSS] Can't get seqmatchall to run, please help me

seqmatchall works for me, with a set of FASTA format seqeunces.

I suspect there is a problem in reading one of the sequence files. Is 
"tt109_h_puta." a real sequence file? (the other files all have numbers)

If you run with -debug on the command line the program will create a file 
seqmatchall.dbg. If you sent this file to me I can see where the fault occurs.
