[EMBOSS] EMBOSS Explorer "bad substitution"

Hello Everybody,

I met another problem....
When I ran "install" of emboss explorer
and it started to do the job,
but I always got this message "bad substitution" and then quit.
Could any expenience friends provide me a solution?
Thanks a lot!

I need to collect some information in order to install EMBOSS Explorer:
./install: embossversion: not found
-e Where was EMBOSS installed?
        (default is /usr/local)
/bioserver/emboss/share
-e Where should the EMBOSS Explorer HTML files be installed?
        (default is /var/www/html/emboss)
/bioserver/emboss/share/GUI/htdocs
-e What is the URL prefix corresponding to the HTML directory above?
        (default is /emboss)
 [use default setting]
-e Where should the EMBOSS Explorer CGI script be installed?
        (default is /var/www/cgi-bin/emboss)
/bioserver/emboss/share/GUI/cgi-bin
./install: bad substitution     [<-- always got this....  : ( ]
