[EMBOSS] EMBOSS-Explorer Follow-up

Okay thanks.  Then I think maybe EMBOSS-Explorer should do a 'tfm -html
<appname>'.  That would make it independent of the EMBOSS version and
rely on tfm to generate the html documentation.  I'll play around with
that change.  Do you know how to get a hold of Luke btw?
