[EMBOSS] rebaseextract: invalid withrefm file

Dear Ulrike,

Those files are OK but you have to uncompress them first.
Type:
  gunzip withrefm.510.Z
  gunzip proto510.Z

That will give you the withrefm.510 and proto.510 files. Use those
with rebaseextract.
