[EMBOSS] suffix list message

The suffix list message will happen with some versions/installations of
'make'
and can be safely ignored. It generally means that no files with
the extension

.c, .cc, .C, .p, .f, .F, .r, .y, .l, .s, .S,  et cetera

can be found in a particular directory. So, the message will usually
be given in directories with no source code (etc).
