[EMBOSS] Antwort: EMBOSS GUI problems

Hi,

I have installed the GUI last week and I can't reproduce this problem.
water and needle with sequence pasted and uploaded from file run OK.
Perl is 5.8.5 and Apache 1.3.26 on FreeBSD 4.9.
