[EMBOSS] more info about Codon Usage Table (.cut) files?

Hello, there,
Some filenames of .cut files under .../EMBOSS/data/CODONS are intuitive (eg: Echicken.cut for chickens), but most are not.
I assume filenames imply species names. Where can I get the info that maps between filenames and more DETAILED species info?
