[EMBOSS] auth using jemboss

Hi Fernando

The default period for the certificates is 90 days. You can on
installation (in EMBOSS-2.8.0) define the length of time you want before
the certificates expire.

Have a look at:

http://www.rfcgr.mrc.ac.uk/Software/EMBOSS/Jemboss/install/ssl.html

this will show you how to check them and if necessary create new
certificates.
