Hi Ryan,

Development on EMBOSS::GUI had indeed stopped, but resumed last
week ;) I expect a new release very, very soon.  Hopefully next
week.

I've set up a project on SourceForge to host development
(http://embossgui.sourceforge.net).  There's nothing there right now,
but stay tuned.  I'll post a followup message to this list when there's
something to see there.
