[EMBOSS] How to Get Jemboss to display/save pictures

I can produce png graphic files from command line Emboss just fine, but 
it doesn't seem to work from Jemboss.  Actually, a png file of 0 bytes 
is produced, and I don't know what that means.  Does anyone else have 
similar problems?
