Embassy: phylip

Hello,

I'm intrested in "embassified phylip". However the version that can be found 
from "ftp://ftp.uk.embnet.org/pub/EMBOSS/" is the older 3.5 version instead 
of 3.6. Phylips webpage say that 3.6 is alpha, but it seems to work without 
problems. 

So i was wondering if it would be possible to get whatever modifications there 
are in phylips 3.5 into the 3.6 version as well? Also is there any 
documentation about the changes, i coulnd't find much from the phylips 
tarball downloaded from ftp site. NEWS file had just a note that changes were 
kept minimum. If i could find out how much there was changes I might be able 
to help in making the 3.6 version (although i'm not sure how much time i have 
or are my abilities in c sufficient for that :)).
