EMBOSS 2.7.0 released

Version 2.7.0 is available from:

This release introduces improved sequence type handling, new programs
(e.g. TCODE) and bugfixes.
REBASEEXTRACT now requires both a withrefm and a proto file
from the NEB REBASE distribution.

Additions to Jemboss include a simple sequence alignment editor.
EMBASSY packages have been modified to allow compilation with the
latest gcc3 compiler release.
