We have problems compiling the EMBOSS 2.6.0 release in a AIX 5 ( using gcc 3.2.2 compiler ). The error with make: make[1] *** No rule to make target `.deps/yank.Po`. Stop. Please, can anybody help us ( with configure details etc etc )?, thank you very much.
